Welcome to TemplateDocs. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TemplateDocs ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

TemplateDocs provides an API and web application for generating documents from templates. The Service is accessible at https://templatedocs.io.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• Users retain full ownership of their input templates and generated documents
• TemplateDocs retains all rights to the Service's software, technology, and infrastructure

5. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect:

• Personal data: name, email, and payment information
• Non-personal data: web cookies

6. Payment Terms

Access to the Service requires purchase of a package. Pricing and payment terms are specified at the time of purchase.

Plans labeled as "Unlimited templates" allow for up to 50,000 templates. This limit is designed to prevent abuse while ensuring sufficient capacity for legitimate business use.

7. Cancellation and Refund Rights

You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days from the day after your purchase is completed, without providing any reason.

To cancel your purchase, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by sending an email to hello@templatedocs.io. For immediate processing, please include your account email address and purchase date in your cancellation request.

Please note that for subscription services, your right to cancel and receive a refund applies only to the initial subscription purchase and not to subsequent automatic renewals.

The right to cancel and receive a refund does not apply if you have used more than 10% of your quota or generated more than 30 documents, whichever is lower.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer the Service

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TemplateDocs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
