Member Management

Organization Owners and Admins can manage organization members. Managing organization members allows you to control who has access to your organization's templates and resources. This guide covers inviting members, managing roles, and handling member lifecycle.

Inviting Members

Step 1: Access Member Management

  1. Click the organization switcher button at the bottom of the sidebar
  2. Under the Organizations section, click Manage
  3. Click the Invite Member button at the top of the page

Step 2: Fill Invitation Details

  • Email Address: The email of the person you want to invite
  • Role: Choose the appropriate role for the new member (you can change this later)

Step 3: Send Invitation

  1. Review the invitation details
  2. Click "Send Invite"
  3. The invitation will be sent via email

What Happens Next

  1. Email Sent: The invitee receives an email with invitation details
  2. Invitation Link: The email contains a secure link to accept the invitation
  3. User Login: The invitee logs in to TemplateDocs and accepts the invitation
  4. Acceptance: Once accepted, they become a member of your organization

Managing Existing Members

Changing Member Roles

  1. Click the organization switcher button at the bottom of the sidebar
  2. Under the Organizations section, click Manage
  3. Find the member you want to update
  4. Click the "Edit" button next to their name and select the new role
  5. Confirm the change

Removing Members

  1. Click the organization switcher button at the bottom of the sidebar
  2. Under the Organizations section, click Manage
  3. Find the member you want to remove
  4. Click the "Remove" button next to their name
  5. Confirm the removal
